Stay away! Rough rotten docks. Exposed bolts. Everyone shares the only 3 power poles that still work. No cleats and jagged pilings - I don't like splinters just from tying up my boat. Kinda dangerous for anyone with a disability... oh, and he still owes me money 6 months later
