I had an excellent experience here. The ladies were extremely kind from the moment I walked in. Dr. Holly? was great, making me feel very comfortable.
Edited to add: she ended up getting scarlet fever and was in the hospital all because this doctor didn't take her seriously. My daughter came in this past week and almost left in tears. She was sick...the doctor repeatedly asked why she couldn't go back to her own family doctor instead (uhm because we live in BC and shes just there for school). The doctor told her she was fine but did a swab anywyas. Today it came back as strep. Some compassion to these kids and not belittling their illnesses can actually go a long way.
Oof. Not great. This place is a good example of how poor front line health care is in Canada.
I want to give zero stars because this place was horrible. I got here an hour early so I didn’t have to wait but they don’t take people on order. I filled out the paperwork and then was informed that their doctor does not refill certain medications regardless of your situation. I was baffled because for years due to not having a family doctor due to our wonderful shortage in Ontario I went to walk ins and have never been refused.
