Terrible system, almost everytime I ride the rebel blue or red bus it either just isn’t running or skips my dorm or destination, complete garbage
Transits are great for communities ,but the reliability of this community/University transit could be way better .
I've been standing at the surgery consulting bus stop for over 45 minutes. The depot says the red south bus has been on break for 30 minutes. The dispatcher tells me they have no idea how long the break will be. The app is stuck at 13 minutes. There's no communication or information about these busses to the public at all. Most of the drivers are rude , and dispatch will ban you if you complain.
