Solved a problem others couldn't! I had a persistent, annoying rattle in my car that two other garages couldn't figure out. I brought it to First Stop Spanner Works based on a recommendation, and I'm so glad I did. They were brilliant! They methodically tracked down the source of the problem and fixed it the same day. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and their pricing is transparent and fair. A huge thank you for a professional and stress-free experience. I won't be going anywhere else from now on! Fraud & scammer. The owner is plain fraud, quoted me £200 for mid section & £300 for full exhaust replacement so i paid him £300, only a week later found out he had replaced the mid section only because the rear bit fell off. I confronted him & he made 100s of excuses in the end said he got the parts from a more expensive supplier (even though the part literally had Euro part sticker) but wouldn’t show me the invoice no matter how many times i asked.
