Moved in last year in 2025. MAJOR reconstruction going on in building that the realtor and owner NEVER informed us about!! As of February 2026, our windows (ALL of them!) have been board up and our balcony has been removed. So now, we are living like moles! The construction vibrates the building and the noise is deafening for 5 - 6 hours CONSTANTLY M-F!!
