Ben trying to contact them for hours one call was answered then the immediately hung up
I just called them and asked if they sale rims. Whoever asked the phone didn't even say the name of the organization and answered every question like "no," "no." It was so bland and unprofessional. The place literally got "rims" in the name and photos of rims on the company's website, either he was lying or that's false advertising.
Friendly and fast service when we had a tire emergency
Went in and finally found some one to wait on be. The only “mechanic” in the place and I asked for a tire rotation. After several attempts to make him understand, due to the language barrier, he nodded and told me to have a seat. Came out and put a jack under my car and then left. 15 minutes later I went to find him and he was working on another car. I told him I had to go and he wanted to argue so I went out and took the Jack down myself and left. The place was filthy (in the waiting room) and only one guy working. Felt lik... read more
I wish I could give them 0 stars. They sold me a $60 used tire that went flat. I took it back to them the same day and they told me that my valve stem was bad and it would be $15 extra to change. Everyone listen...you might have to pay for the newer type valve stem with the pressure reader but the regular valve stem should be replaced with every tire change for free. They use their language barrier to bully you into paying more. Do not waste your hard earned $$ here.
