Mostly short holes, but still a good 18. Signage is very little help in navigating to the next tee. Probably best to use a course map with gps your first time. Has potential to be a great course with a little bit of redesign. Course crosses over a road several times between holes with long walks. My suggestions; more signs, & lengthen holes to finish near a crosswalk where necessary, and reduce distance between 6's basket & 7's tee.
I was a visitor here for a week, this place is gorgeous and the house I was in was very cozy, some of the duct work in the basement was a little poor, and the houses are too close together for my taste. Otherwise the neighborhood is great, everyone's friendly and aside from a few children playing it's pretty peaceful. There are a couple nice trails with frisbee golf (nothing amazing) and a pool/pavilion. The only complaint would be the nearby cattle/farm smell that seeps into the house everyday.
