What a difference moving to this practice has made not just to my health but also my my mental health as well. Amazing what it can do when you finally get to see a doctor with no opinion of you before you walk in the door . All I will say is I'm very grateful for Dr Young's professionalism and the fact that he treated me like a human being and not just a number . Been in pain for as long as i know about a month was seen about 4/5 times to be told different things never ended up being helpful wouldn’t listen to what i requested and never helped with pain instead they kept sending me home with paracetamol and gas medicine and mirgines medication. Been in the calling queue for 1 hour now to still be in caller 37 i bet you if u walk into the building there would be no one there not one of the front desk on call to anyone so am not understanding why they take so long to answer when people... read more
The receptionists at Oxford Surgery were absolutely wonderful — so kind and helpful. They managed to get me an emergency appointment, and both of them were really lovely and caring. However, I didn’t have a good experience with the doctor, I believe her name was Dr. Cheenia. I explained my symptoms, including redness on my face, but she seemed unsure about what was happening.
