All the GPs, nurses and staff have been extremely helpful and patient here. When I need to get a blood sample taken, it’s very difficult for me and they always allow me to book an appointment with the specialist nurse. 10/10

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Grainger at Oxford Terrace Medical Group. I asked for a referral for private physiotherapy (AXA Health) due to back pain, but he refused to help or listen to my concerns. I left feeling dismissed and unsupported. I later tried to book an appointment with a different GP, but was told this was not allowed. I feel that I was denied proper care and not treated with respect.
Always have a five star plus service from all of the team , keep up the great work
Cannot fault the practice every member of staff I have encountered are professional and caring. I never have a problem getting an appointment and if I need to do an econsult the response is always quick and helpful.
