The room was clean and the hotel was tidy. The breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve had. Super nice staff at this location.

The Oxford is our go-to when we are visiting Silverdale. The staff is so warm & friendly. They are so welcoming. The room is very comfortable. Plenty of seating options. The mattress is great & there’s even an extra blanket in the cupboard if needed. I love the thermostat & how easily it can be adjusted. The restaurant & bar are super convenient & comfortable. This was a get away my son and I had been looking forward to. More expensive room. And outside of where we were visiting. But with the experience promised, we splurged and took the extra drive for the promise of relaxation and comfort. We checked in. Went up to our room, unpacked. And used the bathroom. Except it didn't flush. Tried the sink. No water. After several attempts for an answer, we finally went back to the desk to find out they have a 'plumbing problem', all water is temporarily shut off.
