Nina at the front desk was extremely rude. We had a water emergency with my house, and needed to get a room for one night. My husband was working across the country and booked a room for us on the website. I’m not going to spend abunch of time with every detail, but her service was god awful. Because my husband wasn’t at the hotel, she almost refused to check me in. I said “he chose the option booking for someone else on the website. Definitely the best place to stay in Kitsap county. The whole property was clean and quiet. Very comfortable stay at a great price for the area. I enjoyed watching the sunrise over the water while eating breakfast.
We chose Oxford Suites because the Best Western, where we had originally planned on staying, had terrible online reviews. Most specifically, recent reviews all said it was under construction, and we did not want to stay in a construction zone. We were satisfied after reading Oxford's reviews that it would meet our needs. It had positive reviews, a gym, pool, water views, and a full breakfast.
