No complaints at all. Husband brought us here for an overnight birthday trip. When we got there, unfortunately the room we'd been sent to had not been cleaned. Went down to the lobby and they immediately rectified the situation and upgraded our suite. The room was HUGE and had a kitchen with all the utensils we could need. If we were staying longer, it would have absolutely been used. Comfortable bed, even though we were right next to the elevator, I didn't hear anything outside of our room. Stayed 3 days 2 nights for a work conference and the accommodations and staff were great. Erin is a gem and was super helpful in making our conference a big success. The refreshments catered by the hotel were great and the breakfast and evening drink social was a very nice touch. A+ service and stay.

Really enjoy staying here. It is close enough to be able to do day trips to Blaine seattle and surrounds. Great clean rooms close to mall.

Here for a week while we get ready for a trip on the Alaska ferry. Standard generic hotel room. We got the extended suit for the extra room and kitchenette. It's all ok. Enough stuff to cook breakfast and a simple dinner. We were able to augment with our camping kitchen gear. Free breakfast is a bit tasteless. We are in our room instead. The area is convenient, plenty of shopping in the mall across the street, easy access to the other parts of Bellingham. We felt safe parking the car here and didn't see a lot of homelessness... read more
