Run in a shambolic way. Appointments are made but not kept by staff. Gym needs a complete overhaul. Looks like it's been this way since 1960.

Excellent! I have had physio there with Sindy, who was very good indeed and follows up to make sure things are OK. Now I have maintenance massage every three weeks with Christine, who is absolutely first class. I feel soooo much better! I would recommend this centre wholeheartedly.
