The facility is well maintained despite the building's age, and it has an outdoor pool that's open during the summer. Parking is easy and convenient. However, a recurring cockroach problem was one of the biggest issues we experienced while living here. Overall, while the amenities and maintenance are appreciated, the recurring cockroach problem significantly impacted our experience and is something prospective tenants should consider.
I reside here. Use caution if you decide to rent. Buses are about a 10-20 minute walk depending on which way you want to go. The pool is never open. Last year, it varied in terms of when it was open. This year it has yet to be open despite the heat. It’s a roof, okay staff, and, has a balcony.
I visited this property to view available apartments and was initially interested in renting here. Margaret from the leasing team asked me to come back on Monday after informing me that notice would be given to the tenants for another unit viewing. I took time off work and visited as scheduled, only to be told that the unit could not be shown because permission was not available. I understood and agreed to come another day.
