The people praising the property and management are bots or people who have not been at Oxford Square long enough to have to make a maintenance request. Before with the pervious Superintendent I was just able to request the materials need to do most maintenance work myself by only they retired and new "Superintendent" who later became the "Rental Agent" later when CAPREIT purchasing the building it has been in nothing but a fight to get anything resolved.
