The people praising the property and management are bots or people who have not been at Oxford Square long enough to have to make a maintenance request. Before with the pervious Superintendent I was just able to request the materials need to do most maintenance work myself by only they retired and new "Superintendent" who later became the "Rental Agent" later when CAPREIT purchasing the building it has been in nothing but a fight to get anything resolved. The facility is well maintained given the building’s age, and it also has an outside pool that you can enjoy during the summer. Parking is easy and convenient, and on top of that, the management is available whenever you have concerns and inquiries.
Wonderful property with supportive management. Living here has been a fantastic experience. I highly recommend the Capreit property at Oxford Square! 😄
Supportive and friendly staff always there to help when needed , nice units , and a great location , we love living here !!
