Very disappointing experience. I booked a massage appointment in advance, and when I showed up, they told me there was no appointment under my name. They claimed it was either a mistake, booked for someone else, or that there was some kind of mix-up. I had taken time off work, paid for transportation, and ended up with nothing. It was a complete waste of time and money. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I won’t be coming back.
