Tried to call agent Crystal Kraak about a property a few months ago and was ghosted. Then Redfin assigned the same agent to me about another house. She called me with excuses about not being able to show the house until the following week and then blew me off completely and copped and attitude when called out. If this is the type of service Oxford provides you'd be better served finding a different realtor or even going it alone.
