Poor communication from company. I'm really disappointed that this company has taken 4 months to get back to me about my initial enquiry only to be told I am too far for them!! Being told monthly that the service manager will get back to me. How long does it take to look at where someone lives!! Website states they have worked in surrounding area before so I find that odd.
Never reply customers‘s email and requirements timely.
