Incompetent and rude. The young lady who greeted me immediately was not listening to my inquiry and was only looking at the woman she worked with. She called her over and when I tried to explain my issue to her she saw that I was dealing with an above ground pool from Costco and immediately wrote me off, very rudely telling me they don’t have the parts on and on and on meanwhile I didn’t need brand specific parts I just needed some hoses. We had them out to put a new liner in our pool a few weeks ago and the guys did a great job. They were kind, curteous and cleaned up after themselves. The new liner looks awesome and the pool floor is really smooth. Would definitely recommend
Had Connor and Mark out to replace the plumbing to our pool. The young men were courtesy, annd efficient working together quickly to complete the job with full explanation of what had to be done. Thank you for the great service!!!
