Wonderful experience with oxford pool and spa, they fit me in last minute and had my pool assembled and ready to swim within 2 days!!
Had a very green pool when I opened it and it was hard work to get it back to clear but Oxford pools was with me every step until it cleared. Thanks for all the help.
Incompetent and rude. The young lady who greeted me immediately was not listening to my inquiry and was only looking at the woman she worked with. She called her over and when I tried to explain my issue to her she saw that I was dealing with an above ground pool from Costco and immediately wrote me off, very rudely telling me they don’t have the parts on and on and on meanwhile I didn’t need brand specific parts I just needed some hoses.
