Very disappointing experience. The women I spoke with on the phone was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in answering my questions or providing basic customer service. (Apparently, she has another review about her behaviour, yet nothing has been done - what a terrible first impression)…. What makes this even more frustrating is that their website advertises hot tub opening, closing, and repair services, yet I was told they will not service a hot tub unless it was originally purchased from them. Our experience with Oxford Pools has been outstanding. We purchased a hot tub from them and have never had any issues receiving service, even during their busiest times. We have always had great experiences both in-store and with their service team. One of the main reasons we chose to purchase from a local company was their professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service.
