A huge thank you to Oxford Plumbing We had a furnace that had a faulty gas valve situation that was quickly turning into a nightmare as the heat kicked out and it became cold through out the house, they had some wiggle room to fit us in at the end of day. The Tech was very knowledgeable, and immediately knew why our furnace stopped. Highly recommend. They replaced our kitchen faucet with a purchased faucet in a highly efficient way, and for a very affordable price. Mr. Router's quote for this work was three times higher than Oxford Plumbing. SHOP LOCAL!!!
You always have to leave a message but when they do get back to you, they promise service and they come through their staff is exceptional. They are knowledgeable, polite, and have an excellent work ethic.
We have used Oxford Plumbing a number of times successfully. They always did good work. Unfortunately, we have now discovered that when there’s a problem, they don’t stand behind their work. We had our main drain cleaned by them mid-November/23. The plumber ended the visit by saying he’d see us in a couple of years which is what has happened in the past, and we were fine with this.
