You always have to leave a message but when they do get back to you, they promise service and they come through their staff is exceptional. They are knowledgeable, polite, and have an excellent work ethic.
We have used Oxford Plumbing a number of times successfully. They always did good work. Unfortunately, we have now discovered that when there’s a problem, they don’t stand behind their work. We had our main drain cleaned by them mid-November/23. The plumber ended the visit by saying he’d see us in a couple of years which is what has happened in the past, and we were fine with this. They were quick to act on a hotwater tank that needed replacing. John, handled everything for me and the installer was a female for the hot water tank ( she was amazing) and the gas guy, can't forget how truly amazing the staff is at Oxford Plumbing. I know who I'm calling for my next plumbing situation. Thanks to John and all the staff involved in attending to my needs in a professional and timely matter. They know their stuff. 😀
