I have loved living at Oxford Place! Nelson is an incredible landlord and im only leaving because I need a bigger apartment. He is very responsive and willing to help, always available to fix any issues I had (which weren’t many). He maintains the building very well, and is very friendly. I will miss living here!

I lived here for a few years. And rented from this same manager before. Nelson, the property manager, is always on top of things. He is more than willing to attend to requests and needs. Oxford is an older place, but has a nice sense novelty. When I was here the people seemed very friendly.

This is a charming, well maintained apartment with very responsive property management. No hidden fees, reasonably priced, and can’t beat the location for convenience. I love how all the unique, historic features have been kept in tact, from the dark wood baseboards and built in closets to the arched doorways. Loved living here.

I had a great experience working with Nelson and the team at Oxford Place Apartments. Communication was clear, issues were addressed quickly, and coordination on-site was smooth from start to finish. Nelson was easy to work with and proactive about getting items resolved in a timely manner, which made the entire process efficient and straightforward. I appreciate the professionalism and would be happy to work together again in the future.

I had lived in Oxford Place Apartments for 3 years. The building manager is awesome and worked with me over the phone with the application and approval process before I moved from Pennsylvania to Salt Lake City area. I would highly recommend living here!
