I lived there seven years ago. Bad management at that time and it was unkept then and even worse now. And the water was terrible !!!
I think your just trying to start trouble, because you have been asked to move, follow the rules ,pay your rent on time and stay out of trouble and you won't have any problems with her.
Oxford pines ,crystal, the park manager is a lair and theft. She will take money then like about it later because she doesn't hand over a receipt.
