Love Oxford Pharmacy—best local alternative to chains in Brooklyn! The staff is professional, kind, and actually has time to talk through your meds or questions without rushing you. Free delivery to the area is super convenient (got my refills dropped off hassle-free), and they handle insurance/compounding smoothly. Clean, quick fills most days. Only reason not 5 stars is it can get busy on weekends with a short wait, but the service is way better than big pharmacies. Highly recommend this spot on Flatbush!
I discovered Oxford early in the pandemic when finding COVID shots was a real challenge. It's just a block away from the chain pharmacy I'd been dealing with for way too long. I eventually shifted all my prescriptions to them. Oxford has the most personable and competent people. They are also very much on your side, fighting to get you the best prices. As someone with sad, sad insurance, this is so appreciated. And rarely do I have to wait behind any other customers.
Highly recommend the pharmacy. Staff work with patients to meet them where they are at. Staff are consistently professional and friendly.
