Recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Oxford Motors from out of town. Salesman Matt described the vehicle over the phone as ‘no issues’ and everything operates ‘as it should’. Same for the advertised listing, as it was ‘immaculate’. Vehicle arrived 5 days later and the radio/navigation head unit display doesn’t work at all. Called, emailed, left messages and no one returned my call. I then got a text from their number saying “I can text” So I asked if the car was available and sent the stock number and a picture and never got a text back. I called from 11am to 4pm

Called these guys about a truck, and to trade mine in,and was told there not excepting trade -ins so, had to laugh and take my business elsewhere what dealer dont take trades , very poor business.
