I wish I could rate this center in negative. I was appalled to see that Dr.Wee was googling all the time when we went there. She was not even sure which swab to use, what are the symptoms , what are the side effects., what happens when you have a certain disease and she kept on googling for 20 mins while we were waiting in her room and her response was like" i think this is right " I think this is right medicine as if she was waiting for our approval for the medicine..and started to google again.. Dr Kai YU. The most experienced, caring and amazing doctor. My family and I have been his patients for almost a decade. This doctor investigates, takes medical decisions and plans like no other doctor I have ever seen. He doesn’t give up and digs and digs until he finds a diagnosis for any medical issues. me and my family have been visiting Dr. Himani for over a year, she is incredibly patient and has been very accurate in her diagnoses, she is very empathetic and is an absolute pleasure to interact with. We have had a couple of emergency situations in the past where we had to speak with her and she took time off to address what was going on and suggest the course of action to us, we are very happy to have her as our doctor. Stood there from 1pm (open) until 1:30 with no answer at the door. I could see the receptionist sitting down and she still had the “closed” sign up when I left. Called 5 times while waiting and was hung up on twice… redirected the others. If you aren’t going to answer the door, at least pick up considering it’s the only way to contact your practice.
