This is a low-income apartment building for the elderly. Although the inside of the building always seems to be clean, the care of the grounds around the outside of the building and walkways aren't always kept up to par. In fact my Mother has fallen over rocks on walk ways and unplowed or unsalted areas of ice, in the past. Management is often unkind to tenants and maintenance issues can go months without being attended to.
It was ok. No sheet rock
