I moved into Oxford manor on April 23rd. I absolutely love it here. My AC didn’t work about a week or so after moving in however the maintenance team were so great. Even though they had to call an air conditioning company out they were so accommodating with a portable a/c unit which really helped. It was only a few days and ac was working again. I have been looking a lot of places and nobody was as nice and helpful as Miss Rachel she showed me multiple apartments and was patient gave me all the info I needed
Office and maintenance are 5 stars always cleaning up and taking care of tennants I am glad to live here
Only reason it gets two stars is because the older maintenance guy was really cool to us. I imagine people in Tokyo have more privacy than living here. Your neighbors will very likely hear you fart at night. The floors seem to be fixed with plywood in some areas and the office staff does not care about you at all. You are likely to be treated with more respect working at Walmart. With how much the rent was and the massive lack of privacy I would highly recommend finding another place to live.
