Great selection of hardware inside the store! Much better prices than Ace, Home Depot, or Lowe's.
Went there to pay for some glue and some 2x6x16 pressure treated wood and have it delivered asked the sales man to make shure it wasn't all twisted up and split he said he would make a note on the order ( he was very accommodating) another person sitting behind the counter told me to go out back and pick it out myself.I asked him if his guys who fill orders know the difference between good wood and shit wood. Having a significant issue trying to exchange product that the order was incorrect and delivered to my home. The response from the desk is that corporate hasn’t gotten back to them. It’s been 5 days and still no response!! Comments from employees and other former Customers is that Builders First Choice has become a last choice and they will never go back I am looking for someone who can help me there. This is not how to do business
