I used to go to this gym a few years ago, 2016. One day, a trainer dropped a weight on my foot because he hadn't secured the weight plates. It fractured my toe. At the reception desk, they laughed at my level of English and never admitted their mistake or lack of professionalism, or their racism. I was never compensated, I was on sick leave for two weeks and could not walk. My emails were not answered.
