Back on October 28th 2025 I walked into my home after work to find my recently adopted Labrador Retriever, Maggie, in distress. She wouldn’t respond to me, couldn’t get up and was breathing heavily. I carried her to the car and traveled over Streaked Mountain to the only place I hoped and prayed could save my dog after 4 pm.
