We have been patients here for over 20 years. Amazing care and service. In our experience very responsive to our needs. Very satisfied.
I called for two refills. I was reapeatidly told it would be ready the next day. It actually took 4 days to get my anti anxiety med and so ended up in the hospital with full blown attack. The nurse from the Dr. Office Was supposed to call me. Never did. I got four different answers about when my meds would be called in. Very sloppy work which is unexceptable. It's clear they don't care .
Very dissatisfied with their lack of care and professionalism. Waiting WEEKS for prescription refill requests to go through, calling daily for updates mind you. Waiting DAYS for doctors to call back for prescriptions, (even if you have an infection!), even a daily med like anti-depressants or birth control... people can’t wait on those refills! It’s like pulling teeth with these people! Always in and out, trying to squeeze in as many people as they possibly can into a day instead of taking time to fully understand each patie... read more
