Fantastic from start to finish. I had a small umbilical hernia 4cm just above my belly button area and didnt fancy waiting 2-3 years for an operation on the NHS, as the hernia had recently started getting bigger. I am now 4 weeks post op. I am really can't say absolutely how professional this clinic is. I was absolutely super nervous I MEAN super!!! I have never had any operation in my life and the thought of what was going to happen and sedation etc made me so worried, BUT the minute I was in the nurses room pre op checks she was so calming professional understanding reassuring. From start to finish and beyond simply the best surgical service I’ve ever encountered. Greg and his team are excellent in all aspects of customer care.
What a fantastic team. I had my procedure today, and can't speak highly enough of the care and skill of the whole team. From booking to discharge the whole process was smooth and stress free. I felt both respected and cared for by the whole team, who I understand were chosen carefully, and it shows through slick co-ordination in theatre. Each one playing their part, making the whole procedure swift, efficient and with minimal discomfort. Thankyou to everyone, not forgetting Scarlet.
