I jumped the gun and left a bad review. When I learned all the facts, I found my brother recieved excellent care! I hope this corrects my previous review and my apologizes for been in the wrong
I was assured by Lucretia (who works for Oxford) that the 3 week wait for a home health aide who would be okay with my service dog, was not what happened. The aide arrived (without notice) and the first thing she said was “PUT THAT DOG UP!” I’m tired and dirty. I’m a disabled Veteran and my service dog is my life line to the world.
