I just moved my parents in to Oxford Grand Jan. 3, 2022. We were welcomed by both staff and residents immediately. My parents feel so comfortable there making the transition from independent living to assisted living flawless. Alayne was very helpful explaining the process involved in a life transition like this.

Alayne showed my parents and I around the memory care as we were starting to look into places for my mother for when her dementia worsened to the point that she would need more care than my father could provide. But we wanted to have her be a part of the process so when the time came we know it is where she wants to go. I spoke with Alayne today and from start to finish she made it very clear that her mission was to help. Any questions I had she took the time to answer no matter how insignificant I thought they may be. She was very pleasant and sympathetic to the situation and sent me a long list of helpful resources. She offered her assistance in the future as well. I was very satisfied with my experience.
