I always trust these fine people with my cars and their yearly inspections. Very trusting people and accommodating half the time. I don't even need an appointment. I just drop my car off the night before and they call me the next day when it's done. You can't ask for better service than that! Thank you Goodyear or Oxford!
Do not deal with these people. Had a scheduled apt, got there a half hour early for 4 new tires and an oil change. After 4 hours of waiting and NO COMMUNICATION from secretary whatsoever I left with only an oil change. She tells us after 2 hours of waiting the tire machine was being used on another vehicle BUT an hour after that (been waiting 3 hours at this point) tells us they received the wrong size tires so they couldn't do the job. Fast service, and great communication. They text your invoice so you can approve what work you want done after their assessment, then get a call to verify and another call when car is ready. Great service
