I've just had a really rude and upsetting conversation with someone from this office. I am not happy and really disgusted with the receptionist behaviour. I am trying to organise and accommodate to assist my father in attending 4 appointments within 2 weeks. 45-60min drive from our house. Trying to talk about other possible options within reason. A big thankyou to Dr Glasson , Hailey and the other wonderful team members .I was quite nervous when I went in there and the care and consideration I was given was amazing .Throughout the whole process I was comfortable and at ease . I was recommended this clinic by my optometrist and I only have good things to say about the staff, the ophthalmologist and the environment here. When I arrived, I was called in within a few minutes with checking-in. Prior to this, I was able to get an earlier appointment due to my emergency situation and the reception was catering to that.
