Wow, the reviews. What happened, I remember when this a good dry cleaners. Guess I'll go to Best Cleaners. Reviews matter.

Loss pants and no communication regarding the loss; given the run around when asked to speak to manager; will not use again. Manager could make this right if she would communicate with me. This place does not deserve any stars!

I used to always get my clothes cleaned here. I recently dropped a couple pair of pants off and a few shirts. When I picked them up, it was a few weeks overdue, I was missing a pair of Calvin Klein pants! I kept trying to call so maybe they could be found. After a few weeks I got in contact with the manager. She looked and couldn’t find them. Basically just told me nope; didn’t find them, sorry. I’ll go to the over cleaners in oxford next time. They could have done something about the pants instead of dodge me AGAIN!

Took shirts to be cleaned and pressed on Monday. Promised to have them ready by Friday but didn't get them back until Saturday around 11:00 AM. Made 3 trips to and from cleaners, probably spent 1/2 as much on gas as I did the shirts. Will not return. Shouldn't take a week to wash and press 15 shirts. Charged almost $3..00 per shirt. That's too much!!
