She didn't even look at my baby's skin, and within the first 30 seconds, put his eczema down to using a dummy - which he HARDLY uses, and I'm unsure how that gives him eczema on his back, bottom, legs and arms? I live in Kalbarri and was referred to Kate Bouchard to have many skin cancers checked and treated. She removed one on my leg with mohs and also one behind my ear the same way. She was really amazing and I was also treated for wound care by Gemma who also made sure everything was healing and treated. Could not falter the care and professionalism I was given. Thank you all..
Took a month for them to get back to me for my referral, and couldn't fit me in for another month for a booking but i couldn't attend that date. Next availably was 2 months and i said not to worry about it to which they seemed happy for this.
This review is not about the Drs but the referral management system. I forwarded a referral from my GP and heard nothing for a few days so I rang and was told they hadn't received it so I sent again to the same address while on the phone and they got it. So I waited more than a week and heard nothing so I rang again and was told there was a backlog which they would get through in due course.
