Extremely skilled dermatologist. All medical staff are professional and caring.
We were treated well. The issue was identified and resolved professionally.
Unless you have a very large bank acct, do not go to Dr Borchard. Poor communication. I was charged $2500 for a mohs op, but the after paying the full amount I was charged another $250. She stated I would be out of pocket $1000. But since she is not connected to HBF she can charge any fee she wants. So $1500 out of pocket plus $300 consultation fee out of pocket. Dr Jeremy Ng was professional, empathetic and genuinely helpful, but unfortunately the administrative side of this clinic really let the experience down. I called ahead and clearly explained that I was moving interstate and needed Mohs surgery for a basal cell carcinoma within the next few weeks. The staff member I spoke with told me they could book me in within two weeks, which strongly implied the procedure itself would be performed then.
