I lived there for a few years. During this time, I saw 2 different people fill the role of manager. The last manageress (who's currently on "stress leave") is one of the worst bullies I've ever encountered - she made life totally miserable for tenants. It's no stretch to say elder abuse was going on. There are cameras all over the village, and God forbid you do something she doesn't agree with....you're threatened with breaches, verbally abused and lied about. No, I'm not exaggerating. Not a fan
It is a quiet place. There is a beach area with shops and a 20km street in front. I have not been to the beach but the are a looks great. There was a coffee shop there so food can be purchased.
