Not nice, Passive aggressive lady sitting on the phone line. Unacceptable, unwelcoming. Put me on a silent hold without saying anything and I had to hang up and call again because I thought something was wrong with the line as it was just a silent hold, then I called a third time and she said she will put me on hold and made me wait a few minutes. It’s ok to wait but say something first! Who is training you?
