I was under Complex Needs from roughly 2012 - 2021, either on waiting lists or participating in groups. I was a member of Witney TC which I found most beneficial.

After waiting over a month since I had seen the physician i was asking a receptionist about the letter i should receive. This is as my doctors are asking for it. I have never spoken to such a rude and condescending receptionist in my life. I understand people have bad days but this man was flat out rude. He ‘wrote an email’ whilst on the phone to me and would not let me explain my situation. After waiting three years to start a group they never contacted me on the month I was suppose to start. Healthy minds get back to you within two days, it takes another professional to get into contact with complex needs to get them to seem serious well appear to be for show, I've contacted them and even had my doctor send referrals over and over to them, emails and other services, like priory mental health they both should be cut of their funding and put it into a proper mental health service to help those who are wanting st... read more
