I really would not recommend this cleaners. I had pretty good service until a couple of weeks ago. They are in a convenient location but that is about the only positive in this situation. A couple of weeks ago I dropped off a couple of pairs of pants and shirts, like I always do. I got a call from them a couple of hours later stating that there was a faded/discolored area on a pair of pants. I found this strange for a couple of reasons: 1. we have been going to this location for the past year or so, most of the employees are welcoming and professional. however the owners daughter, who is the manager is very rude and unprofessional.i have taken some silk curtains to be pressed, when i went to pick it up it a couple of the curtains were still wrinkled. i asked the owners daughter to address the issue, she was not happy. she replied it is the fabric and walked away and continued her phone conversation.i asked the other polite employee to have them pressed again, ... read more

If I could give them a zero, I would in a heartbeat. They ruined my clothes! Dropped a new yellow shirt off, they mixed it in with the color batch. Dyed it grey beyond repair. The owner 'handled" it himself, yet it's still grey and no reimbursement was made. Two weeks later, it's still not fixed. I've asked for reimbursement multiple times. I have a receipt. It's still for sale in the store! Apparently no one is authorized to offer reimbursements when they destroy clothes, other than the owner who doesn't return calls. Bad b... read more

Really like their service We have been using Oxford Cleaners for years. They do a good job, and the price is fair. They really try to please their customers. A small metal part came off my belt and thought I would never see it again. I went by and asked about it. They looked for it and found it! They do a good job on getting spots out . They have coupons that help with the cost.
