Horrible customer service! I recently fired one of the competitor cleaners in the area (initials MWC) due to failing customer service. As an attempt to support the local Pearland economy and tax base I decided to give Oxford Cleaners a try. I dropped by for the very first time on Monday 7/14/14 with about a dozen dress shirts and 2 pair of slacks.
