I am a homeowner since 2004. We have an HOA Board that is the worst that I have ever seen in my life. They elect themselves to the Board. They are not financially astute and they recklessly spend our money and violate the Covenants. They are trying to add windows and gutters to the roofing replacement project which are strictly prohibited by the Covenants as that is solely the homeowners responsibility.
