Unfortunately i didnt get the name of the amazing woman that helped me yesterday in trying all different designs and styles of wedding dresses, she was so sweet and listened to what i wanted. Unfortunately there wasnt a dress for me there however she was lovely enough to recommend places that would have more dressses in my style and size. Thank you so much for such amazing service and advice.

Had a really lovely experience today with Laura. So accommodating, very friendly, listened to my daughter’s ideas and thoughts and ended up picking out her favourite at the end of the session. We will definitely be back! Thank you Laura!

Hands down the bridal shop with the nicest dresses and the best appointment I had out of four in total. The dresses they had in store where absolutely stunning and the consultant was so good, she just let me pick and browse as often as I wanted and really seemed to get what I was after. Highly recommend.

Copying and pasting the bride’s experience after seeing her video about her horrible experience. What a disgrace Oxford Bridal is!!!!! Search “Meg Brackpool” on Tiktok. I sadly had an absolutely horrendous experience with Oxford Bridal. I ordered a gown, overskirt & veil & paid an extra fee for a 6 week rush delivery. 9 weeks later, my order arrived without so much as an apology from the team, I unfortunately had to chase three times.
