I had a fantastic experience at Oxford Bike Shoppe. My Santa Cruz Heckler SL needed a new Fazua Ride 60 motor, and I wasn't sure where to take it since I bought the bike online. The owner, Larry, was a lifesaver. He was so responsive and helpful from the first email, and the staff were all incredibly personable. They had my bike repaired and ready to ride in under a week. It's rare to find such high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. I can't recommend them enough!
The oxford bike shop is wonderful. Brought my e bike in and within an hour was informed that my bike was fixed. This was after weeks of trying to troubleshoot it myself. I heartily recommend this shop
Solid place, nice owner.
Just an FYI this shop does not work on specialized bikes. They referred me to a place in Rochester tho.
