We have experienced ongoing issues with this bathroom following work completed by this company, including mould developing in the sealant. We have made multiple attempts to contact the company by phone to request repairs. Our calls have not been returned, and when contact has been made via the landline, no resolution or timeframe for repairs has been provided. As the issue remains unresolved, we are now considering further action to have it addressed
Great company to work with. As a Tiling subcontractor, I have found Oxford Bathrooms professional and well organised. Thomas, the Project Manager, is excellent to deal with and communicates clearly throughout the project. Highly recommended.
