Before using Oxford Bathrooms, I recommend checking their licence history yourself. Search Oxford Design & Construction Pty Ltd – licence 128775C – on the official NSW Government Verify NSW register. As of 11 September 2026, their licence page states: “This trader/licensee has a compliance history”. I recommend anyone considering the company read the NSW Government record and make their own decision.
WARNING: do not hire Oxford Bathrooms if you value your safety. Oxford Bathrooms sent aggressive, violent tilers to my house who physically assaulted me after a verbal disagreement. They punched me repeatedly until I was unconscious and I had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance to be treated for multiple head injuries. There is an ongoing criminal case with the police at the moment.
Oxford has ignored my requests to remove their building materials from my property and complete the work on my bathroom.
Do not use this service. Extremely unprofessional. Huge delays, multiple staff left the company mid-job, meaning further delays and having to restart the job multiple times. Now we've uncovered an issue with the bathroom 6 months later and no-one will respond to my calls and emails after 3 weeks of being told "someone will get back to me" and having to live with a permanent awful smell.
Update on Stage 2: The nightmare continues. After the disaster of Stage 1, we were explicitly assured by both management and our assigned project manager that Stage 2 would run much smoother. Instead, it has now dragged on for 19 weeks and is still not complete—plus we are still dealing with unresolved defects left over from Stage 1.
