The original project manager that we had left our job. Up to this point communication was poor to say the least. Didn’t know when trades were coming and the job they did had to be reworked. Matt was then assigned to our job and it was a completely different experience. Communication was good and I knew what the plan was going to be until the end of the job. The finished product was excellent, thanks Matt!
Right from the initial design to guiding us through the strata rules nightmare Oxford were amazing. We chose them to renovate our Laundry room which includes our downstairs toilet. The project manager Mat was very hands on calling us almost daily to check progress. All the tradies arrived when they were supposed to and did a magnificent job. The Oxford team were great. Excellent design ideas and process, took the time to understand my needs and then budgeted to fit. The work was completed efficiently and to high quality. The inevitable issues that come up were discussed or managed quickly. Highly recommended
Our original project manager became ill and there was a delay in starting our bathroom renovation post demolition. Matt picked up the job and worked tirelessly to get it back on schedule to meet our deadline due to a booked holiday. Matt spent considerable time reviewing the plans and we were very happy with his input and ideas.
