An absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! We signed the contract and paid the deposit for a bathroom renovation on 13 October 2024. As at 9 February 2025, we still DO NOT have a functioning bathroom. The Project Manager Tony doesn't have a clue on how to manage the jobs, or the quality of the jobs. I have had tradespeople contact me at all hours of the night. We had our bathroom Reno done a few months ago ( always nice to give it time before reviewing! ) It is an old house and we were worried what might be hidden but the Oxford team were professional and the results are amazing. Tony J was a great project manager with an eye for detail and the teams he used were incredible ( the tilers were spectacular!) Very happy with the results.
We moved back into my partner, Stefan's, 70-year old family home; it needed some renovation so we started on the kitchen and then onto the main bathroom. After much research, we decided on Oxford Bathrooms Thornleigh. The measure of a company is how well they fix problems. Mat is the shining star at Oxford Bathrooms. He was in charge of my job in 2010 and I had the good fortune of having him on my recent bathroom project. Mat is honest and approachable. He cares about the bathrooms and goes to great lengths to ensure an A1 outcome. The end result is beautiful and I consider Mat to be the glue that made it all happen.
