Walked in to pay towards a loan and two credit cards I have through GS. Explained to teller I needed to pay my debts. They said they could help. Then silence. Was met with a stone face staring back at me, so I handed my ID assuming they’d look me up. They said nothing… and I said “I haven’t paid in person with you before. Stefany Ayala! We love this lady, she’s the best personal banker in our entire US experience. It was definitely our best decision to move our personal accounts to this bank. Great job Miss Ayala.
I am so done with GreenState one day of overdraft next thing you know same day overdraft fees wose bank ever and you don’t get your money early so not open a checking account or have your payroll go to this bank cause of your payday is a Saturday you won’t get it til Monday or Tuesday
Literally a waste of time. I am affiliated with a federal credit union, I go and expecting to do what I can do at the homebase credit union, and other credit unions for them to say you need to go to the ATM the strictly do those things you’re wanting to do which makes no sense. Why haven’t affiliation if you’re gonna just say that.
