We're patients with the Oxford Animal Hospital. My cat is sick and I called for an urgent visit and they said they couldn't see us for a week! I asked for aa sooner visit and they said they couldn't because of staffing issues, and they wanted to provide good service to their patients. Well guess what, we're patients and if you can't see us when we're sick than you're providing awful service! A doctor that can't see you when you sick is absolutely of no use. Strongly recommend you find a different vet.
We have used Dr Girard, Oxford Animal Hospital many years and have spent a lot of money with them. We saw Dr. Girard a few times in the beginning, however as time past we didn’t see Dr. Girard anymore. Different doctors were assigned to our pets when we went in for an appointment. On Friday the 25th, we carried our diabetic cat in for another checkup. The doctor advised we run certain test, which we agreed. The test cost over $450. Vet was kind and thorough. Staff were friendly and good to my dog.
Staff is always friendly, and thorough. Have been very satisfied with every transaction so far, with more to come with a new pup.
Dr. Girard and her staff are wonderful. We have had puppies and older dogs treated by Dr. Girard and she is always empathetic with both stages of life. When it is time to say, “Goodbye “ to a beloved pet she is understanding and loving.
