Previously left a negative review, but the service has really improved subsequently, especially in terms of responsiveness to emails. My compliments to Eman from admin and Jenny from the clinical team
Totally different standard of care compared to 3 years ago when my son was assessed for ADHD and ASD. My daughter has textbook adhd symptoms but without seeing her in person (for half an hour on zoom call!) they decided she didn’t have ADHD- this cost £1100! Save yourself a lot of time and stress by going elsewhere.

Does not respond timeously to emails or phone calls. Been 8 weeks since diagnosis with no letter/ report, yet they are very eager to get their £1000 payment in advance of the appointment. Seems like a scam?
Very quick to triage my son and pay the £1100 for an ADHD assessment with the time frame stated of up to 4 weeks to get the report from the assessment. 7 weeks later and it took making a formal complaint to get the report. A few weeks ago I was told he could have a medication appointment as the diagnosis was on their system, again time frame given was a few weeks.
