Robin is amazing!!! Your individual homes & townhomes are beautifully done. However, yall are being just like all the other Property management companies that are tacking on a lot more than the rental price posted. Yall know every one of your rentals are an EXTRA $205.00 more to live there. Why not put it on the posted rent amount? When you are EXCELLENT, you don't have to deceive or misrepresent what your places are offering! The Staff are very nice and very helpful. The location is nice, and again the staff are very friendly and helpful. Getting connected to everything is a pain. Trying to get the internet to work properly on more that a single device is extra irritating as it didn't initially work. Otherwise 4.5 stars
I can’t say enough good things about this entire staff at Oxenfree. Very courteous and helpful and they go above and beyond. The Moving-In process was flawless and this entire experience from viewing homes to applying was easy. Shoutout to Brittany M. For making this experience a great one.
