I started at the lot in Prescott Valley trying to find a larger vehicle for my new job. It was difficult finding vehicles that fit my pretty specific requests, and the team in Prescott Valley did their best working with me, running numbers, answering questions, and keeping in touch. If I could give 0 stars I would, they sent me to collections over a payment they never processed and then claimed they tried reached out to me 2 weeks ago, when I never received a call, and I bought the truck months ago. This company seems like scammers in general and don’t acknowledge their mistakes.
